MAKAELA - BIO

When you think of Makaela you know that some people are born to sing. As the daughter of musicians she has been around music her entire life.

Makaela began singing for audiences when she was a little girl. Since then she has studied piano, voice, songwriting and
dance. All of which is included in her unique performance style.

The lovely and talented Makaela is an 19 year old Pop-R&B singing sensation, songwriter, keyboardist and producer whose style keeps evolving.

In performance she has a style and soulfulness that is distinctly her own.
She has the exciting natural ability to ignite spontaneous bursts of enthusiasm in her audiences.

Her charismatic appeal is a big hit amongst her peers and those of all ages. Makaela’s growing popularity is already drawing large numbers of excited fans.

Most recently, she has had the opportunity to perform with many world class musicians in the Bay Area, Kauai, Boston, and Hollywood. She has recently finished studying at the Berklee School of Music in Boston, and was a winning contestant in the 2006 summer songwriting competition.

Currently Makaela is working on her
debut CD which will feature 12 original songs which she has written and arranged. Her extraordinary talent has attracted many exceptional musicians who enjoy performing with her. She also performs as a solo artist accompanying herself on keyboards.
